The event will be produced and presented by Playmas Montreal Cultural Association, which was established in 2000 as a non-profit organization to promote Caribbean culture and provide a wide range of Caribbean cultural and social development programs to Canadians.  Playmas Montreal is in the vanguard for showcasing Caribbean cultural and artistic talents.
