ABOUT
THIS
EVENT
This event, traditionally held on Father’s Day, is a powerful tribute to the achievements of Black men and boys who embody positive Black male images in both their communities and professional lives. It’s a celebration of Black excellence, recognizing those who serve as role models and demonstrate integrity, resilience, and success in diverse arenas. Bringing together community members, families, and future leaders, this event is designed to inspire young Black males to see themselves in these positive images and aspire toward their own greatness.

MISSION
Our mission is to uplift, honour, and inspire. Through this annual gathering, we seek to celebrate and recognize Black men and boys who set powerful examples within their communities and professional spheres. By showcasing positive role models, we aim to inspire young Black males to envision and pursue paths of excellence in their own lives, anchored by pride in their heritage and confidence in their potential.
We are committed to creating a space that celebrates Black identity, excellence, and cultural heritage, cultivating a narrative that uplifts the community. Through this event, we hope to forge stronger connections, empower the next generation of Black leaders, and foster a legacy of resilience, success, and pride. Our celebration of cane spirit artistry and Caribbean cuisine serves as a cultural expression that adds richness to the experience, embodying both community pride and the joy of shared heritage.
