By exploring the historical and contemporary impact of Black artists, we aim to inspire a deeper appreciation for their contributions to art, music, literature, and performance.”

The Gem*Star Circle of Excellence Program is dedicated to empowering Black high school students by providing mentorship, resources, and opportunities to support their academic and personal growth. Through a series of workshops, networking events, and partnerships with community leaders and professionals, the program addresses key challenges, such as financial constraints and lack of mentorship, while fostering leadership, resilience, and excellence in students. Our mission is to guide the next generation of leaders toward success by equipping them with the tools they need to excel academically, professionally, and personally.
